An all - day sports camp that will focus on 4 main sports. Ball Hockey, Basketball, Soccer & Football. These sports will take up the first 4 days of the week with each day being dedicated to a different one. The fifth day ( Friday ) will be dominated by other activities such as Spikeball, Dodgeball, Handball & other team building exercises. During the day, there will be Sport – Specific Fitness Drills, Tournament Style Games, Competitive Relay Races and many more fun activities. To finish days off, we will be cooling off in the ever so convenient High Park Public Pool.
